  • Relationship Healing

Services may be provided online or in person.

 

3. Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or over, or those who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence.

By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

4. Nature of Services

Reiki healing, spiritual coaching and relationship healing are complementary wellbeing services.

They are:

  • Not medical treatment

  • Not psychological therapy

  • Not legal advice

  • Not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care

No diagnosis is made and no medical treatment is provided.

If you have any medical or psychological condition, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Participation in sessions is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

 

5. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are made through the website and/or booking platforms such as Calendly.

Full payment is required in advance to secure an appointment.

A booking confirmation will be sent via email.

For online sessions, meeting access details (e.g., Zoom) will be provided to the email address supplied at booking.

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session.

Where 24 hours’ notice is given, you may:

  • Reschedule your session, or

  • Receive a refund at our discretion (excluding processing fees where applicable)

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or you fail to attend the session, the full session fee will be retained.

 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and scheduled services:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments without adequate notice are non-refundable.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

Rays for Life reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where:

  • Behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, or threatening

  • There is a conflict of interest

  • The service requested is beyond the scope of practice

Where services are refused before a session takes place, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

9. Website Use

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or uninterrupted.

We may suspend, withdraw or modify the website at any time without notice.

We are not liable if the website is unavailable for any period.

 

10. Intellectual Property
