More Than Just Online Reiki
As an energy healer, Reiki Master and spiritual coach, I have helped hundreds of people feel calmer, more balanced and more connected to themselves, both in person and in my online Reiki sessions.
Many people come to me when they are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in life, or simply need better energy and greater balance overall.
Every person is different, which is why each Reiki session is carefully tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are seeking emotional healing, better balance, inner peace and/or greater clarity, my aim is to help you move forward feeling lighter, brighter and more balanced with every session.
I also believe it is important to create a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly before and after your healing session and to give you the guidance you need.
What Happens in an Online Reiki Session?
My online energy healing sessions are conducted via video call, using Zoom, Whatsapp or Messenger.
We begin by with you sharing whatever you wish, your challenges and healing needs. You can share as little or as much as you wish, in complete confidence. Then, I'll guide you into a relaxed state to help you settle into your energy healing experience. All you need to do is relax and enjoy, while I rebalance your chakras, remove the blockages you have been holding onto, and realign and renew your energy. Through replacing any negative energy with gentle healing energy, you can look forwards to feeling refreshed and restored, within and without. It's like growing a new set of wings!
During the session, you might feel warmth, coolness, tingling, you may see colours or images, or feel the presence of your guides. The Reiki usually takes 48 to 72 hours to settle. Many people feel lighter the day after a session. Every person reacts to Reiki slightly differently because everybody's needs are different. So, every session is unique.
After the energy healing in your session, I'll tell you what i found in your energy, what blockages came forward and what these mean. This can give you an understanding of what has been holding you back.
