More Than Just Online Reiki
As an energy healer, Reiki Master and spiritual coach, I have helped hundreds of people feel calmer, more balanced and more connected to themselves, both in person and in my online Reiki sessions.

What Happens in an Online Reiki Session?
My online energy healing sessions are conducted via audio or video call, using Zoom or Whatsapp. While video isn’t strictly necessary, it adds a personal touch.
We will begin by discussing your specific needs, along with any current challenges you may be facing. You can share as little or as much as you wish, in complete confidence. Then, I'll guide you into a relaxed state to help you become receptive to your energy healing experience. All you need to do is relax and enjoy, while I rebalance your chakras, remove the blockages you are holding, and realign and renew your energy. Through replacing any negative energy with positive energy, you can look forwards to feeling refreshed and restored, within and without. It's like growing a new set of wings!
During the session, you might feel warmth, coolness, tingling, or deep relaxation, and you may see colours or images.
Afterward, you will feel refreshed, uplifted, or lighter. Some people feel tired and need extra rest and hydration for a day or two as they detox. Some people sleep like a babe the same night and wake up feeling like a new person. Every person reacts to Reiki slightly differently because everybody's needs are different. So, every session is unique.
After the session, I'll share my observations, tell you what blockages I found and what these mean, and share intuitive messages from your chakras. We'll also talk about your exploring ways for you to maintain balance through helpful introductions in your daily routines, positive lifestyle changes, and other practices.
