The website RaysforLife.com features Energy Healing sessions and Spiritual Coaching. By visiting our website and/or booking an energy healing session or a coaching session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions set out here, in full. Do not continue to use RaysforLife.com’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

From time to time, additional services may be offered via the website. These Terms and Conditions equally apply to any additional services offered via RaysforLife.com

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice.

Use of the words “Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website, who, in doing so, accepts the Company’s terms and conditions.

“The Company”, “Raysforlife.com” “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our website, the Company and owners of RaysforLife.com.

All terms refer to the use of the website as a visitor or the use and offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to offer our services to the Client in the most appropriate manner and in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services and products, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of the United Kingdom.

Bookings.

Bookings may be made via the website. By making a booking you agree to the Terms and Conditions in this document in full and without exception.

Energy healing sessions and Spiritual Coaching sessions are strictly only available to Clients over the age of 18 years old, or a person over the legal age of majority in their domiciled state or country. It is not the responsibility of the energy healer or spiritual coach to verify the legal age of the client when a booking is made and there is no responsibility or liability whatsoever on the healer or spiritual coach to do so.

When making a booking, payment in full is required in advance.

After the booking is made you will receive an invitation to a Zoom meeting to the email address you entered on your booking form. If you do not wish your meeting to take place via Zoom, kindly use the chat button on the RaysforLife website or write to raysforlife@gmail.com to request a skype or other kind of visual meeting.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Any client who fails to show up for an appointment or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted us with the minimum requirement of 24 hours notice, will be charged their fee for that appointment in full.

You understand that there are no refunds for any purchases or services, and that the energy healers and spiritual coaches reserve the right to refuse their service to any person on any grounds, at any time and that their word on the matter is full and final.

Our Privacy Policy (below) sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us and whereby you agree to our use of cookies. By using our site, you consent to the processing of your personal data and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Energy Healing and Spiritual Coaching

You understand that the energy healing sessions involve a method of energy healing and/or reiki healing and/or spiritual healing, administered at the discretion of he energy healer concerned and for the express purpose of realignment, stress reduction, and relaxation. You understand that the energy healing and spiritual coaching services offered are offered with best intentions and that the energy healing services and coaching services provided are not in any way replacements or substitutes for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. There are no guarantees for the success of any service. You understand that the healers and spiritual coaches do not diagnose any type of ailment, medical or psychological condition, nor do they prescribe, or perform any medical treatments for the same. You understand that the healers and spiritual coaches on this website are not in any way medical practitioners or doctors, licensed psychotherapists or counselors. If you have any medical condition, you must seek advice a qualified medical practitioner. You agree that you voluntarily choose to receive energy healing and/or coaching services. Any application of recommendations and all participation and interaction is at your own discretion. Likewise the energy healers and spiritual coachers are not legal representatives, lawyers, or qualified to give any form of legal advice. You agree to refrain from seeking legal advice from the energy healers and spiritual coaches on this site,

You agree to fully release and hold harmless the energy healers and spiritual coaches from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of, following or in connection with any sessions with them.

You have read this agreement in its entirety and agree to its terms. You understand that by reading this agreement, you am waiving and releasing all future legal rights or claims against us, the website or owner of raysforlife.com, and any of the energy healers or spiritual coaches featured upon it.
