I'm a Reiki Master Teacher and Spiritual Coach, with over 25 years of experience of healing people and their lives. While many people pick up a level of Reiki in just a day, I fully immersed myself to the practice, dedicating five whole years to mastering the three degrees of Reiki. I spent nine months perfecting self-healing techniques, followed by two years focusing on distance and animal healing. Finally, it took me another two years to become a Reiki Master and Teacher.
With a direct lineage to Master Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, I was lucky to learn from a powerful teacher who shared a wealth of wisdom and spiritual knowledge with me. My training wasn't just about Reiki – I also delved into soul-level work, past life healing, crystal therapy, and more. And you know what? I never stopped learning about energy and spirituality. There's always more to discover! Alongside my spiritual journey, I also worked in the business world until my paths finally aligned, allowing me to dive into my role as a Spiritual healer and Coach full time.
My coaching skills developed as I mentored my Reiki clients after their healing sessions, to address their needs and overcome their issues, to lead their best lives. I then later embarked on learning Coaching as a profession, with the Evolution Coaching Academy, following International Coaching Federation standards, and learning useful Coaching tools to help my clients realise their dreams and desires effectively.
Over the years, I've had the honour of helping hundreds of clients find greater well-being, happiness, and inner peace. Many people come to me when they're facing problems, worries, or dealing with stress or energy issues. For Reiki, I like to offer a full session where clients can chat freely before and after their healing session. My Spiritual Coaching sessions provide fantastic tools to help you gain clarity, to achieve your goals, dreams, and desires using practical, tried-and-tested coaching methods. Some clients come to me just for Reiki, some just for Coaching and some like a combination, to have them feeling as good as new! In short, I see myself as a one-stop-shop for all your healing needs. Clarity, better energy within and without, happiness and greater certainty about the future is what I give to my clients.
On a personal note, I'm British born, with a mix of German and Indian heritage. the Indian side oof me resonates deeply with the Chakras and my vision with my clients. The German side helps me to give practical advice.
I've lived in several countries, experiencing many different lives within one lifetime. I believe that the path of change and transition is where we learn the most about ourselves.
